1.清洗激光頭

碟機、光驅(qū)中的激光頭，因臟污易出現(xiàn)讀碟差、冷機不讀碟或徹底不讀碟等故障現(xiàn)象。利用超聲波清洗機清洗激光頭能徹底進行清洗。步驟如下：

（1）首先將激光頭保護焊點短接，然后拆下，用毛刷在自來水下將激光頭表面的灰塵、潤滑脂、紙標貼等清除干凈（注意不要刷物境）。

（2）在清洗槽中放入溫開水（40℃左右），滴入1～2滴餐具清洗劑溶解后，再將激光頭放入清洗液中浸泡1～5分鐘，然后開啟定時開關(guān)。使其自動進行清洗。約5分鐘后清洗機自動停止。為達到徹底清洗的效果。按下定時開關(guān)再清洗一遍。

（3）將清洗過兩次的激光頭浸入大盆清水中，然后取出，甩干內(nèi)部的水分（注意用拇指壓住循跡、聚焦線圈，以免變形損壞）。重復5、6次后，盡量把光腔內(nèi)的污水甩干凈。

（4）換上純凈的自來水（或純凈水、蒸餾水），放入激光頭，開啟開關(guān)進行第二次清洗。并重復2、3次。

（5）將清洗干凈的激光頭烘干，方法有多種：一是用干凈的餐巾紙包好后放在日光下自然晾曬；另一種方法是用電飯鍋充當干燥鍋，先將電飯鍋置保于溫狀態(tài)，再將用干凈餐巾紙包裹多◆陶信龍層的激光頭放在鍋內(nèi)1～2小時，水分徹底蒸發(fā)干凈后即可。在北方冬季，也可將激光頭放在暖氣片上烘干。

2.清洗精密電路
