超聲波清洗機換能器的常見問題

1.超聲波清洗機振動回潮:可使用兆歐表檢查。其中,引腳2是超聲波換能器的正級,引腳3是換能器的負級,并連接到換能器的外殼。通過檢查,可通過23針之間的絕緣電阻值判斷基本情況。通常,要求絕緣電阻大于30兆歐。如果無法達到絕緣電阻值,通常是因為傳感器返回潮濕狀態(tài)。您可以將傳感器作為一個整體(不包括噴霧外殼)放入烘箱中,在100℃下干燥3小時,或使用鼓風機除去水分,直到電阻值正常。(對于封閉式傳感器,首先需要使用手持式研磨機切割不銹鋼外殼)

However, due to poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibration effect of the vibrating surface is not good, and the vibrator may burn out after a long time. The method of dealing with the debonding of the vibrator is very complicated. In general, it can only be sent to the manufacturer for processing. An effective way to prevent the vibrator from debonding is to be careful not to collide with the vibrating surface during normal use.

4.全自動超聲波清洗機振動面破孔:一般情況下,傳感器過載數(shù)年后,振動面可能出現(xiàn)破孔。這是因為振動表面上的不銹鋼板長期受到高頻振動的疲勞。振動表面上的破孔表明傳感器的使用壽命已經(jīng)結(jié)束,一般只能更換。
